Scott McIlwraith, B.HSc., B.Ed.

Scott is a dedicated and curious teacher with a passion for redefining the possibilities of music education. A graduate of Western University with degrees in Health Science (B.HSc.) and Education (B.Ed.), Scott embraces a multi-disciplinary approach to education that reduces barriers of entry and promotes broader participation and accessibility. Scott's methods and resources encourage fun, games, and creative play as a way to energize and excite aspiring musicians. Scott believes that strong music education programs play a vital role in improving the health, well-being, and life-satisfaction of individuals and communities.

Scott also loves his family, animals, and jazz music (hence the hat).
